About the Photographer
Working primarily with analogue photography and alternative, craft-based processes, Danaia Konstantinova is a fine art photographer and visual artist whose practice explores the material and expressive possibilities of analogue image-making. With over four years of experience, her work engages with themes of identity, memory, embodiment, and transformation, often questioning the place of analogue practices within an increasingly digital landscape.
Alongside her personal and collaborative projects, Danaia Konstantinova is a co-founder and leading member of ROOD, a London-based art collective that supports emerging artists through collective making, exchange, and critical dialogue.
