About the Photographer
Kirill Baranovsky is a photographer with several decades of experience, whose recent work focuses exclusively on black-and-white street photography. Drawn to the storytelling potential of everyday life, he seeks to create images that carry a strong sense of narrative and authenticity.
In recent years, Kirill Baranovsky has received international recognition, including a Silver award at the New York Photography Awards and an Honorable Mention at the ND Awards in 2025, followed by a Silver award at the Muse Photography Awards and an Honorable Mention at the Fine Art Photography Awards in 2026.
His work has been presented in two solo exhibitions in October 2025 and April 2026, and is scheduled to be exhibited at the Glasgow Gallery of Photography as part of Monochrome 2026.
