About the Photographer
Based in Dallas, Texas, Megan Young is a Certified Public Accountant whose passion for photography began in high school with her first camera. A few years later, she discovered film photography after purchasing a film camera at a rummage sale, quickly developing a deep appreciation for the analogue process.
Working across landscapes, nature, architecture, street photography, and portraits, Megan Young allows curiosity and intuition to guide her images. The manual nature of film photography—and the anticipation of not immediately seeing the results—continues to inspire her to experiment, learn, and refine her visual approach.
