About the Photographer
Based in the Finger Lakes region of New York State, Roslyn Julia is a photographic artist and photobook maker. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan in 2013, developing a practice centered on visual storytelling through both individual images and book form.
Through her work, Roslyn Julia explores photography as an artistic and narrative medium, combining image-making with the material and conceptual possibilities of the photobook.
