Grid Photo Gallery is proud to present “Landscape 2025,” a virtual exhibition devoted to the artistry of place. This curated collection brings together photographers from across the globe, each reimagining the relationship between land, light, and human presence. From sweeping vistas to intimate details, the works invite us to see familiar and distant terrains anew. Every image is a meditation on scale, atmosphere, and the enduring bond between nature and vision—an online journey through landscapes as diverse as the artists who frame them.

Icon: The Village, Guilin
Through the clouds, golden light spills across the valley, illuminating the jagged silhouettes of the mountains and casting a timeless glow over the settlement below. This work transforms a celebrated landscape into a vision of harmony between human presence and nature’s grandeur, serenity within scale, permanence within impermanence. About the Icon series Icon is a global series of panoramic photographs reimagining the world’s most celebrated landmarks through my distinctive vision. Each work distills scenes often alive with movement into moments of quiet grandeur, inviting the viewer into an immersive dialogue with place, light, and atmosphere. Photographed with a medium format Hasselblad system, the series achieves exceptional depth, tonal richness, and fine detail qualities that elevate every print for large format presentation.

Between Mountain and Myth
Neuschwanstein Castle rises from a blaze of autumn forest at the foot of the Bavarian Alps. This scene captures the dialogue between human integration and the premanence of nature. A place where landscape becomes legend.

Prayers to the Mountain Gods
Tibetan prayer flags whip in the wind off Ama Dablam at Thukla Pass, where the shrines of deceased mountaineers mark the road to Everest Basecamp. Khumbu Region, Nepal.

Still
As the sun set behind the rocky coastal extension, the streaking clouds lit up for a few moments. By extending the exposure, I was able to allow the movement of the clouds to create not just lines but directional arrows, beckoning to the unseen behind the Douglas Firs at the edge of this Tahoe coast.

Small Town Haze
Captured in northeastern Croatia, overlooking a Slavonian vineyard at dusk. Smoke drifts from home-heating woodstoves and open fires used to prepare seasonal foods such as “kulen” sausage, “rakija” brandy, and “ajvar” relish, as the town readies itself for both night and winter.

Giant Iceberg off the coast at Qeqertalik, Greenland
I was able to approach this huge iceberg off the coast at Qeqertalik in Western Greenland. Just left of the Iceberg there is a Zodiac with people in it to give a sense of scale.

Flight over Coastal Cliffs
Outside of Lima, Peru, a flock of birds sweep above the rugged coastal cliffs where ocean, desert, and stone meet.

Purple Dawn
It was a deserted beach as the sun came up over the horizon and filled the sky with purple and pink brushes that were then reflected in the wet sand at tide’s edge. I used intentional camera movement to complement the colors by smoothing out the water and clouds, with the slight blur evoking the feel of the morning.

Wavering Testament
This photo shows Ruth Glacier in Denali, Alaska. Above the glacier, the aurora borealis lights up the night sky with beautiful green colours. We see a snow-covered bowl, gleaming with fresh snow that reflects the aurora’s ethereal, arching light. This image relates to Alaska’s ecosystem as the aurora signals solar activity influencing climate, while the glacier’s resilience is a testament of nature’s adaptability despite change.

Wandering the Island
An aerial perspective of a tropical coastline — where turquoise waves meet golden sands and palm trees. This photograph captures the essence of wandering freely across an island, discovering places where nature remains untouched and serene.

In Conversation
In Conversation offers a photographic reflection on the sustained and deep-rooted communication among the trees, even across species. Taken canoeing on the Seguing River (Canada), just around a bend, a visual gift.

The Mother Goddess
A moody Sagarmatha (Mt. Everest), Mother Goddess of the World, is glimpsed through a veil of pine needles as the monsoon clouds lift. Namche Bazar, Khumbu Region, Nepal.
